Refund and Return Policy (NexStoreGames)

NexStoreGames, we want to ensure you have the best gaming experience. If you need to return an item within your 15-day window, our policy applies based on the following conditions:

1. Customer Change of Mind / Personal Reasons

If you change your mind, made a mistake during ordering, or are returning the product for a vague reason, a refund will be issued under the following conditions:

• The product must be returned in its exact original condition, just as it was sent to you
• Return shipping charges will not be covered by us
  

2. NexStoreGames Error (Defective or Wrong Item)

If the mistake is on our end (for example, wrong item sent or the product is functionally defective), we will fully take care of it:

• We will bear all return shipping costs
• Depending on your preference, we will either replace the item or issue a full refund

3. Return Evaluation & Inspection

Every returned item undergoes a strict quality check by our team upon arrival:

• If the product is not in its original condition or shows signs of user damage, the return will be rejected
• In this case, the item will be shipped back to you, and you will be charged for the return shipping costs
